Are all of your travel related needs being directed through your agent? At Millennium Corporate Travel we operate in an ‘open book’ ‘transparent’ fashion. Commission income is used to offset our costs and so the more commission income coming in, the more our fees can be reduced.
For example, in many instances hotel bookings may be made directly with the hotel. However for several clients, by incorporating their hotel and possibly meetings spend and using this additional commission to contribute to our costs, we have been able to reduce the fees for travel.
