Race Welch – Managing Director
Race has over 20 years experience in the travel industry having previously worked for 2 mid size Independent business travel agencies within London and the Home Counties
Race established Millennium Corporate Travel in 1997. He is still very much involved in Operations and Account Management and has a very good rapport with all of our clients. Race also heads up our Groups and Conference Division. Out of the office Race is interested in Tennis, Cars, Shopping and the ‘Good Life’ |

Colin Needham - Finance & Business Development Director
Colin has been involved in the Travel Industry since 1990, as Financial Controller and then Owner and Finance Director of M D Travel Management Ltd, which then became Navigant International UK Ltd.
After taking some time out with his wife and 2 children, Colin joined Millennium as Co - Owner in Nov 2007, with a remit to continue the profitable growth of the company. Outside of work & family, Colin has many varied interests - Cars, Motorsport, Football and Horses. He owns a 16.3 Bay Gelding called Barney and has previously taught horseriding to all standards. |

Gary Wilkie – Operations Manager
Gary has 16 years experience in travel having worked for an airline and a fares consolidator prior to specialising in business travel.
Gary joined Millennium Corporate Travel in 2000 and now manages the operations team at our Hertford and Colchester Offices. Gary manages the day to day needs of key clients as well as supervising the staff and dealing with all operational procedures. When he’s not looking after the travel needs of his clients, he is planning his own travel and out of the office this is Gary’s passion. |

Jo Ellis - Senior Travel Consultant
Jo Ellis joined the Millennium Team in January 2007. Since that time Jo has integrated herself extremely sucessfully with our diverse range of Corporate Clients. With a strong management background and team player experience, Jo worked for a number of independant agents both in London and the Home Counties before stepping out of the corporate travel arena to have her son Jake. She has now returned determined to meet and solve the continuing challenges presented by today's business traveller.
In her spare time, Jo likes to party, travel and generally exude her contentment for life. |

Lisa Stokes - Accounts Manager
Lisa Stokes joined the MCT team at the beginning of October 2007 and was instrumental in working behind the scenes preparing for the opening of our new Head Office in Hertford. Lisa brings a wealth of experience from many years in the industry. She joined Amex in London at 18, working her way along the track to become their Deputy Rail Manager.
She then moved to Navigant International UK Ltd as Rail Manager, before becoming their General Manger in the City of London, with a team of 9 Business Travel consultants. Looking to diversify and dispense with "red tape" she made a decison utilise her skills within an independant agency and joined MCT as Accounts Manager responsible for accounting/administration in conjunction with our back office system BOSS. In her social sphere, Lisa has successfully completed her City & Guilds Make-Up Artist course and her effervescent personality is reflected in an off the wall hair design, which enables her to be easily identified whilst travelling the world on her holidays. |

Michelle Edghill - Assistant Accounts Manager
Michelle Edghill joined the MCT Team on 3rd March 2008. Having worked in corporate travel for the past 12 years, and for the last 3 years concentrating primarily on blue chip accounts, where service expertise and attention to detail had become an instant prerequisite, Michelle yearned for a return to the individualism and personality driven service that a company such as MCT is renowned for within the travel industry.
With her experience both in flight consolidating and ticketing, she is looking forward to working within our team and servicing our expanding client base. It is her intention to combine her Senior Business Travel Consultant knowledge with training in our Back Office and Accounting function, in order to broaden her skills and meet new challenges ahead. Out of the working environment Michelle, who was recently married, enjoys socialising both within the family unit and her circle of friends. Her husband also works within the corporate travel arena, and hence they have a combined passion for travelling the globe. |
