Millennium Corporate Travel (MCT) was established as a progressive business travel management company in 1997 in a rather unique way.

The founding Directors and staff already had many years experience each in business travel, both working for independent travel management companies as well as some of the larger names in the industry.

Against a backdrop of consolidation and call centre culture, we came together through a common desire and vision of creating a business travel management company that would be able to design a service configuration and financial package to suit the needs of individual clients. One that presented the reassurance of experience and scale, but more importantly was committed to offering a bespoke service, recognising and acting upon each client’s individual circumstances.

Over this time we have successfully attracted a varied portfolio of clients from across the UK, many of which would consider their requirements to be somewhat outside the ‘industry norm’ as they have come to recognise and appreciate that they are treated individually and not being asked to fall in line with what is in the agents’ best interests.

Some of our clients look for total travel management, others may simply be looking for discounted flights to New York, cheap flights to Paris or alternatively, Rail Travel.

Millennium Corporate Travel therefore works with its clients to the extent that they want us to, but in all instances adding value and demonstrating accountability.
