At Millennium Corporate Travel, for all of our clients, we are committed to the following:
Identifying and delivering cost savings
Maximising commission income
Reducing processing costs
In designing a travel programme to fulfil your business needs, operational processes, and cost objectives, we will similarly offer you your own tailor made fee structure.
Some clients prefer an annual Management Fee, some a Transaction Fee raised per booking. You decide.
Simplicity and transparency are paramount.
Furthermore, many services that are usually charged for by other agents, are free:
Making or amending a booking prior to ticketing
Car Hire and Hotel reservations
Provision of Management Information
Issue of paper tickets
Supplier negotiations
Accounts reconciliation programme
All of the above is offered free of charge.
