Well you already know how I constantly “sing your praises”, well here I go again!

DS emailed both MCT and myself from Hong Kong @ 2109 GMT yesterday evening to urgently modify his inbound flight to return to the UK due to extenuating personal circumstances and although the next available flight was not available until 24 hours later, your Ops Manager – Gary Wilkie happened to be on-line at home and personally intervened to contact the airline and explain the urgency to accommodate his return, which meant that he was able to travel home the same day/evening. Thus allowing DS to be with his family sooner rather than later.
